The IEEE Buenaventura Section Nominations Committee asks for your help in identifying members who may be interested in serving on the Section Executive Committee for 2020, for the following positions:
•  Section Chair
•  Section Vice Chair
•  Section Treasurer
•  Section Secretary

The elected officers are expected to serve a term of one calendar year (1 Jan 2020 – 31 Dec 2020), and to maintain active IEEE membership during their service. In order to hold office, a candidate must be of Graduate Student Member level or higher. You may nominate yourself or a colleague.

The deadline to submit nominations to nominations@ieee-bv.org is Friday, October 25 2019. The following information is needed:
•  Position of Interest (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, or Secretary)
•  Name of Nominee
•  E-mail Address of Nominee
•  IEEE Membership Number (if self-nomination)
•  IEEE Membership Grade Level (Graduate Student Member, Member, Senior Member, or Fellow)
•  Biographical Sketch (no more than 150 words)

Pending sufficient nominations, the Section Operating Committee may fill positions at their October meeting .
